i got mine from vw, have heard of people welding them, but mine had already been welded and still broke. the part you get from vw is modified and stronger any way. have also heard of people drilling them and putting bolts through, but the part was only 30 quid. if you mess around with it too much ...

right here goes! no doubt others will suggest different ways, but this is what i found easiest!
take all the drivers side trims and covers off, instrument panel out. Drivers seat out. The steering column is on a mounting which it is bolted to using tamper proof bolts, i did try getting a punch on ...

Hi, ive just fitted a pedal box to mine, it went after only three days, i thought these things were reliable!
the parts cost me about £50, that covered the pedal box itself, a new accelerator pedal as it didnt fit the new box, and all the bushes, oh and there is a clip at the back of the brake ...
