I had a guy down at quickfit do it on a sunday for £30, cause you need to have spring compressors etc..

As the title says,

Polo 9n lowering springs, 50mm, Made by jamex.

Will fit 9n3's aswell,

Used for only a few months as i upgraded to coilovers, After £50.

Got some 50mm jamex lowering springs for a 9N, Been on my car only about 4 months, taken off due to getting some coilovers.
