very strange it works on my polo when locked both windows roll up

As said, turn the key in the drivers lock and hold it and itll either put windows up or down.

The one you linked to is a 24V, and as cars are 12V, it will not work.

if you have total closure off the key then you will need to purchase a 4 pin relay to hook that up
when you have a relay connect it as follows
pins 86 & 87 of the relay connect to 12v+(this can be taken from the red/white at the pump
connect the green wire from your r click kit to pin 85 of the ...

It will fit mate you have to pull it to get the last clip in. I had the same problen when doing mine
