I have the same clutch on mine, really impressed with it, I never got mine from eBay though!

Yes mate thats the stuff, Red Line MTL 75W80 on the Demon Tweeks website

When you get it delivered it will say on the container 70W80, its listed incorrectly on the website

I have that clutch with the 14lb flywheel

There is very minor chatter when idling without your foot on the clutch (obviously louder from ouside the car than sitting inside), other than that, no difference in noise really than a standard one

Floor it in like 3rd gear going about 40-50 MPH, if the rev counter goes nuts but their is little pull from the car your clutch is slipping

Mine also did it in 4th and 5th if you floored it on the motorway

This is how I knew mine was on its way out

Just goes to show how much a bigger engine helps with the fuel on long motorway journeys

Mt GTi is Stage 1 and I can get 400 miles out of a full tank of V-Power (£60ish)

Although that is driving like a saint and sitting at 57.5 MPH with cruise control on the motorway

Seems very smooth so far mate, not gunned it yet as i'm just letting everything wear in a bit

Major thank you for your suggestion mate, I think that has cracked it. Done about 50 miles so far and it just seems all the more smoother, gears just mesh together nicely

With regards to coilovers, does the kit come with everything I need to fit them? I hear camber bolts being mentioned, do I need these seperately? Also, do I need the tracking doing once they are on?
