selling my turbos as i dont think they look right on my car
only ever trial fitted on the car 195/45/15 pirelli's 4 wheels and 4 tyres brand new
looking for £400 collection only or can meet

6n2 bumper sounds good and so does the matt green

280mm brakes are off mk2 golf g60 or corrado g60 think mk3 seat ibiza cupras have them too

all depends how far you want to go with the car but your probs right its gonna cost what you paid for the car or more to get it sprayed

could always go for a colour change too tho

yeah know what you mean about red cars luckily even when i bought the car the paint was still in good condition

got my coilovers fitted and trial fitted my new wheels too,also got my bumper smoothed and new steering wheel let me know what you guys think :-D

do you know the differences between the 1.6 16v and 1.4 16v is just the block or is cylinder head,gearbox,wiring etc different?

anyone know anything about these?

i think they use a 1.6 16v engine but different from the 6n2 gti anyone know what engine number they were and what kinda of power they had?

the rocker cover and gasket never used to come seperate on the 16v engine dont know if this has changed now tho.

i used timing case sealer that you get on the new 1.2 polos and mine has been fine kept the gasket on and sealed over the gasket, done this months ago and has not leaked since

got this 6n2 gti anti roll bar fitted yesterday dont know if it makes any difference yet but it is thicker :lol:

also got these but not wanting to go 16s with the wheels so gonna have to sell them :( bit gutted ...

got the engine for £700

i reckon its gonna cost another £1000 -£1500

gonna try an do most myself so hopefully as cheap as possible

i'll be taking loads of pics of the build an post them up

probs gonna be after christmas before i get it in due to time and money

not gonna colour code splitter as i want that standard oem+ look and keep it sleeper style
