i got the chance a while back and changed a couple of things i.e got rid of the kph .changed the wiper settings so i get the extra 1 wipe a few seconds after they finish, and i now have 5 flashes on my indicators not the normal 3 .

i also have the same vibrating noise on the adjuster mine only happens depending on road surface , took mine in a while ago for this but the dealer was unable to hear it on test run so would not replace anything but its going back in in aaround 4 weeks time for its 1st service so will bring it up ag...

Now that i do like apart from the cut off bit , if it went right across evan better but over all 9.5/ 10

lovin the build thread hurdy keep them coming good video considering damp roads love to see it in the dry on a 1/4 mile strip.

oh just a small update from me spoke to the dealers today only to find out they havent started to fix the rattles yet as they are now in the process of fitting my brand new engine :shock: unawares to me and should be ready for pick up tomorrow possibly friday at the latest . holly cow :shock: asked ...

Well sick of spending on oil so its now in the dealers getting new rings & scrapers + a few rattles sorted out in both b pillars and door gard + a loose drivers seat, so not a happy chappy. what rattles have you found ive asked about mine but they dont seem intereseted :( both seat belt adjuste...

i also had the plastic bag in the same position in both inner arches i to asked my dealer and i was told it was a sound damper :evil: so i said to him i nust have something tatooed on by forhead, fookin idiots. i took mine out as they were both full of water which i recon isnt good but great for rust.

All i want is the looks of a GTI, i have no real need to be going at crazy speeds (although i would miss the sound of the gti) Having the GTI rear bumper makes the car look so much nicer than it really is. Im not gonna change everything and make it identical....i just want a nice back bumper :) Coo...

im just over 5000 mile now and used about 5 lts , spoke to my dealer a few days ago and he informed me that its normal for the gti's to use 1lt for ever 600 to 1200 miles and he also went on to tell me the audi a1's with the same engine are using 1lt every 500 to 900 miles and after about 10 to 1200...
