Oh dear. Lupo's suffer the same issue with the spoiler bubbling, caused by the use of the porus fibre material they are made of. Took mine off, stripped the paint and left it to dry in doors for a month then had it painted inside and out(As much as possible) has been fine since. Water gets in ...

just wondered if anybody on here had a red trim round the grill and what they use, I have the hollow piping off eBay and it does the job, I've seen a few Polo GTI's with a more plastic looking item? ..anybody know what I mean?

Not sure. Jabbasport said their rear one will fit a Polo, bit more money though.

Uprating the front ARB will give more understeer unless you drop the front spring rates and stiffen up the rear first.

Yes they have a 18mm? bar in the axle, you would still benifit alot from another. Neuspeed a dew different ones if the Whiteline one doesn't fit. I added a 24mm one to my Lupo and it totally kills understeer.

Better off spending the money on a rear ARB first (Unless you already have one)

Your dead rite about the wrap though, the coating on the manifold burns off in 10 mins which is pretty poor, I don't think it will rot though, much thicker construction than the Raceland, which must be a very poor grade of stainless, couple of people on ClubLupo have had them shatter going through ...

Just found the link for the Ashley Manifold which will fit the Lupo/Arosa 1.4 16V sport as well as thr 1.6 GTI.
Doesnt actually state if it will fit the Polo though, I dont know if the Lupo & Polo Manifolds are the same???

AwesomeGTi offer a Ashley 4-1 manifold, very cheap and doesn't need bending to clear the bump like the Chrap raceland ones....
