RCD510

Cool, I can't really think of what it would need really. How is the RCD510. Did you upgrade or factory fit?

RCD510

Will the RCD510 be a straight swap from the 310, also with the 510 being DAB. Will DAB work with the standard antenna?

My only upgrade is going to be a RCD510 :) I won't have the car long enough to do anything major to it. This is my second 6R, third will be a GTI in October :D

Re: Pictures of my New Polo Match

That sucks, I don't want something fitted to the dash like that. Are coming home lights possible via VCDS also what else is possible with VCDS

Unfortunatley not, for these you would need a light sensor which the Polo's don't have. There's a list on another thread of what exactly can be coded on a ...

Re: Pictures of my New Polo Match

Cornering Lights are not codable via VCDS. You must have the factory optional 'Static Cornering Lights' - they are in a combined unit with the fog lights :)

As for the Bluetooth, the button exists on the radio for people that opted for the Bluetooth Touch Adapter:

Re: VCDS Around Stoke-on-Trent

auto locking is just an adaptation.

So this means it can be done? Would you be willing to help me? I'm not really sure what I want now haha, is coming home lighting enabled by default or not, can I change my midline display to MPH and can I have it so I have the option to turn DRL, on and off. I ...

Re: VCDS Around Stoke-on-Trent

No it isn't, I can tell you that right away.

All Polo's do not come with a lightsensor and that is needed for this feature. Leaving home will never work.

Coming home is possible, but you always have to do it manually by hitting the big light button before you exit the car.
