You'll never be able to use the standard Porsche size tyres mate, sorry. Your standard tyres (assuming they are 15") will be 185mm wide. That means if you were to use the Porsche rears you'd be using an extra 70mm tyre width. Also remember, the middle part of a tyre size, (ie, the '40' on the ...

If you use 30mm adapters, you will be reducing the offset to 20mm. Which will mean the wheels will be sticking out past the arch. I have wheels with 35mm offset and they are at the arch. Fitted xenons to my 1.8T Golf without the washers, etc and never had a problem at MOT.

To fit them you will need the lights (obviously) and a pair of ballasts to get them going. You may need to adapt the wiring for the ballasts. But as already said, it costs a fortune, for not a lot of gain TBH.
