That adapter looks like a standard quadlock (the name of the 9N3 wiring plug) to ISO (generic fitment) adapter to me? Needs a bit of wiring - you'll probably need to connect a wire to an ignition live to get the radio to turn on/off and to remember it's settings. It isn't particularly difficult wir...
