In the end I couldn't resist and ended up putting a big turbo conversion on.

Makes my previous set-up feel a bit pedestrian!!!

Update..... After a few adjustments and some nice cool weather recently I did another few 1/4 mile runs. I must say I'm impressed with how the car is running at the moment and using this method or recording my runs has yielded results within 0.05 seconds for the time at an official strip. 8) http://...

Took the R to York Raceway yesterday and the car is getting to where I want it.

And with WMI running.

Quick test without the WMI running.

Going on my last dyno day at awesome GTI I did 393bhp and 462lbft, so my power gains on the new turbo mean that I'd be running 421bhp and 477lbft now on the new turbo.

New turbo and injectors are on the car and it feels......"perky"

Bigger turbo soon!

Laid down a 12.3038@109mph at Santa Pod a few weeks ago. Full weight and a shocking headwind. Definitely an 11.xx in it without any more mods and no wind!

400-410lbft on the other two dynos I've been on, but like you say, similar power.
