I've been cheating on the Blue GT this weekend as had a mk7 GTI on test which has considerably moved the game on from the 5 and 6

I think it's because the cars nippiness encourages people to give it the beans, and in that situation it's not a million miles away from a regular 1.4 turbo.

well collected the Blue GT today so thought i'd share a few piccies

really like it and love the colour, i tend to run my cars in but can say the car has lots of torque so very easy to drive, loving the seats, car needs to settle, some chrome tips and an oem bluetooth out of a Golf to integrate ...

You cannot buy the car with Xenon & Foglights.

Not even as an option??? I understood that if you order the car with xenon they don't put on foglights as stock. But I thought it would still b possible to order them as an option.

I meen... Just because you have xenonlights they weather can still ...

The seats are confusing me. There's no mention of them being part leather but they look like the might be. Can anyone confirm?

I'm not sure I'm going to like them but the alternative was too expensive!

I've just filled up after using my first tank of fuel. I got 48mpg for the tank. I will admit to taking it easy' but driven over 500miles now.

Will be doing a few miles tomorrow and am planning a "normal" drive over to parents. So I'll see if that matches or betters mpg so far.
