6n2 Polo 1.4S 16v 3door £1550
X reg 6n2 polo. Recently had a full service and has 10 months MOT left. Along with a few months tax. 1.4 16 valve engine, runs nice and smoothly. Has the usual 16v noise, no problems. 14" alloy wheels all around with almost new tires. Gti grill though I have the original. Extras over a standard...

Re: Big Red... Cool runnings !.
Just had a read!
How are you getting along with the TA coilovers, any issues? Whats the ride like? Issues with speedbumbs etc?

Lowering 6n2 with springs
How low can you go with the standard dampers + springs before you have issues? ie. how low before the springs are too short? I'm looking at either the Apex 35mm drop or the Eibach 50/30mm drop http://www.dpmperformance.co.uk/eibach-50mm35mm-sportline-lowering-suspension-springsbr-polo-6n2-10-14-1099...

Re: My Dark Blue 6n2 1.4 16v pics
Looking good! I have an identical one I got a month ago. First car!
Who is that with insurance wise? I'm looking at £2600 with LV. Only planning on lowering it 40mm or so (so can just use springs rather than coilovers) so hopefully that won't be too obvious for insurance.

6n2 1.4 16v engine sound like a truck
Recently picked up a 6n2 1.4. The 16v 75bhp model.
Few little cosmetic issues, but the engine sounds like a diesel / truck. Not that its an issue, just wondering if its something wrong? The previous owner said they all sound like that..
Anyone got a video of one or similar?

6n2 parts. (seat trim, drivers door mirror trim)
As above.. After the piece of plastic trim on the passenger seat. Left side, covers the pivot. Same location as the adjusting knob just the opposite side. Also after the lower (black) piece of plastic on the drivers side door mirror. Money waiting.. email is jeron (at) hotmail.co.uk Jeron New Posts:...
