I'm 17 and have a 1.0E and mines £4k fully comp with Ingenie, if i drive well (gps device fitted) I can get up to £380 back over the year, that's the best I could do unfortunately. I tried everywhere!

"Squeeking" from engine
Does anyone have any idea what is causing this sound? I'm thinking it's a worn bearing but I don't know where abouts

Please could you explain a little more? we were thinking it was the speed sensor at the gear box end and were going to take it to a local garage to get looked at. Did you have a similar problem? If so do you know what was causing it?

Hi there, I'm new to this forum and noticed a little problem with my polo.
When the engine is switched on and the car is at rest, the speedo needle is about 5mm under 0 mph, this means that my car will be travelling faster than I can read :|

Hi there, I am new to this forum, as I have just purchased a 51 reg Polo E as my first car.
There is a problem I hope someone can help me with - the speedometer is about 6mm under 0mph at rest and stays there once the engine is running, so therefore my car is going faster than the speedo is reading ...
