apparently the sill is made of fibre glass meaning i can leave it without it rusting and fill it to fix it, can anyone confirm this for me?

silvatek are a good brand i think, ebay like £12 I just bought some cheap £4 ones. You need 581 bulbs and they're really easy to fit, open your bonnet, undo the two torque screws on top of your head light and pull the headlight out (takes a bit of oomph but it wont break) then just remove the water ...
