Finally got one! Its in great condition and only cost me £36.00!! I'd been quoted £254 for a new one and fitted or £105 for a new one sprayed only.

I change up to 4th at 30 and then just cruise at about 36/37, never really foot to the floor though. I guess you would call it city driving yes, certainly peak times.

Ive got a 1.2E 55BHP and I'm struggling to get 300 out of a full tank. Its been fully serviced in May when I got it and passed my test. Am i just not treating her right with my (still a bit jumpy) driving?

I'm saving up for either VW (BBS) Santa Monica or Montreals for mine

1. Identinfy colour code from sticker in boot or owners guide.
2. Remove and finely sand the black plastic trim.
3. Primer
4. Paint
5. Lacqeur
6. Allow drying time
7. Fit

This is providing you are hapy with you skills with a can and dont mind a bit of labour, If not get someone to do it for you ...
