does it not basically cause a small vacuum on one side of the blades so causing more air to be pulled in? even still i had a look at all of them kind of things and wouldn't touch them =/ i cant find any cheap and cheerful ways to make my car quicker =/

i have a 2003 polo 9n twist which has 74bhp, does any body know what actual engine differences there are between the 74 and the sport 100bhp since they are both 1.4's
