I have for sale-
2x front shock absorbers.(no oil leaking) £20+p&p
1x rear shock absorber.(no oil leaking) £10+p&p
2 sets of front and rear springs. £40+p&p.

Just removed my gti side skirts to go in for spraying. What is the long piece of plastic with adhesive tape on it? It wasn't attached to anything. Is it meant to help to hold the skirts in place or something? Can't for the life of me work out where it goes. Thanks for any help.

How much would you want for the shock absorbers? As I already have lowering springs ready to go on. Could you send me the vag part numbers off them so I can double check with mine. Thanks, Danny.

How much for the middle section and backbox then? Where a outs are you? If not too far I could collect. Do you have any pictures? Especially of the tips. Thanks.

I'm after some oem shock absorbers as mine are leaking. I think all 9n models have the same shock absorbers. Thanks.

What power are you running / aiming for? The stock SMIC is adequate up till 165bhp.

I'm currently running 160 bhp and 275 lb ft. I am seriously considering getting a pd 150 turbo and mapping to around 190-195. Should be safe at this. Just can't justify spending £500 on an intercooler. Don't ...

That's just what I thought, may look into doing this in the future. After my egr blanking plate arrives and I have the light mapped out...etc.
