Howdy, you know the red rubber trim you can get on eBay for the grill? Well does anyone know what it actually is or if you can get it anywhere else? Mine has faded pretty fast and I thought if I can get a roll somewhere then I will. Thanks

Thought as much, what I did was get an ecu, immobiliser box and key chip from another polo. It all has to come from the same polo. The part number will be on the ecu, try to get the same code. Glad you found out the problem.

This 100% sounds the what mine used to do and it was the immobiliser. Mine would cut out while driving and not start for anywhere between 5 and 30 minutes. Hi when pulling away from stand still there is a slight judder, It feels a bit like there's resistance or just a bit of a struggle so I give it more revs and it pulls away ok, feels like it would stall otherwise. The next problem is a grinding noise when slow speed turning, like pulling into a space...

What does it do exactly? Does it actually start?

Yeah I'd start off by checking to see if any wheel weights have fallen off and then take it back for them to check everything

Yeah I don't think I will, to many bad reviews, I have schmidt modern lines 8j, I've got 195 toyos at the mo which I quite like but they still catch the rear arches and where the front bumper joins the wing, might need a tiny bit of camber

Hi, has anyone used nankang ns2 or ns20 tyres? They're cheap and I wanted a 185 tyre really, I've heard horror stories about them tho. Thanks
