VW Polo 1.2 Moda
My LEDs havnt blown yet but I am getting a bulb error on the dash, the ones in sidelights are canbus apparently. But I've got non canbus ones in number plates (apparently they don't need to be canbus).

Re: Bulb List
Are there any clips or anything I need to be aware of? Or does it literally just come out if you lever it with a screwdriver?
Cheers

Bulb List
I'm fitting MTEC's to mine so I will see how they go and let you know, I've also ordered a full set of LEDs for the interior and sidelights and number plates.
Anyone got any tips on doing the interior lights? bit worried I'm going to break something! Haha

Re: VW Polo 1.2 Moda
Ok so I fitted one of the sidelights and it didn't look right with the standard yellow bulbs. I have now ordered some MTEC super white bulbs to see if these match up with the sidelights! (anyone used these before? I've seen mixed reviews on them to be honest so I'm not sure if they're any good :? ) ...

Re: Greg's Candy White 1.2 TDI Match
Looks really nice!
Did the Phillips bulbs make much of a difference? I'm looking for a bulb to give mine a whiter light output but there are so many mixed reviews and it's hard to decide...

Re: VW Polo 1.2 Moda
Hi all, Have not really done a lot yet (will have to wait for insurance purposes :( ), however I bought some SMD sidelights. I have fitted these to my previous cars (vw fox  and a mk5 golf 8) ) and it was pretty easy! Now I look at the Polo's lights and it looks as though on one side I will ha...

Wire them in to the courtesy lights if you want them to come on when you open the door.

Re: VW Polo 1.2 Moda
Hi Tony, The Audi exhaust trim will be cause the same issue if you have a downpipe. IMO it is probably best not to get a trim due to the exhaust being placed more central than normal (which looks silly with the trim on). However if you want to get a trim then these may do the trick: http://www.ebay....
