Not in Essex but I can answer a couple of your queries as a black 2013 5dr GTI owner. The analogue speedo is only marked in MPH so to make it Euro legal the digital has to be in kph. 2013 should be OK on the oil The twin charges engines do drink a little more than non twin charged. I've put 2.5 litres in mine in just under 5000 miles.
