im running jom's on mine and they are perfect on the gti like

for my porshe twist i have 5x100 (polo's fitment) to 5x130 Porsche fitment they are 35 mm spaced

sorry its not melted into the head it has melted the end of and there is no compression in the bore

has anyone ever heard of a spark plug melting itself into the head of the 1.4 tsi engine cause it has just happened to mine and i cannot understand how the engine could get so hot to do this while all temperature gauges were reading normal, i though it was just a coil away when it started miss-firin...

the are they same as described yes and i have pic on my build thread

anyway know how to get camber on the rear of the 6r i need some badly

they are not hard to fit at all my fit easy with 215/40/17 tires all round and 35 mm spacers

just go for the same set up as mine but id advise 30 mm adaptors rather than 35 mm

right i never done anything like anyone is say to fit my coilovers there is a much quicker and simpler way to do it, all you do is remove to lower bolt on the hub holding the shock in, loosen the top mount bolt so it is only on 2 or 3 threads, you then hit the lower arm down untill it bottom out, yo...

right no need to do any of the above it really simple get a hammer chap the lower arm till it bottom out with the top mount bolt still on but loosened, the use a jack and push the shock out of the lower arm using a metal bar and done simple

they are 35mm fk adaptors and running 215 40 17 dunlop sp sportmax all round
