cheers for that, yeh theres not much getting in - the cars sitting on a slope at the moment and only in torrential rain I've noticed a few drips. will have a closer look this weekend.

Hi all, just been having a look around the forum - the MK4 section seems a bit out of date. Links within the How-To posts point to /poloforum/ rather than /phpBB3/. Once u edit the link in the address bar, the correct post shows up.

Also, in the DIY guides - sunglass holder, interior light etc. etc ...

Just picked up a 1997 5-door in black, looking for...

- Mirrors (both sides, electric)
- 16v rear bumper
- 6n2 rear lights (all red?)

Or if anyone breaking a 6n, gimme a shout. Could need some little bits, sunroof seal etc.

Hello folks, just picked up an impulse-buy 5-door 1997 1.4 CL in black on the weekend there.

70k miles, bit of rust on the arches and the rear lip? (bit below the bumper). Ugly-ass interior but it's in great condition, original sony vw tape deck headunit, original 13" steelies etc.

Anyway... Just giving it a once over, I opened and closed the sunroof and noticed the seal lifted with the glass. I pushed it back into place ...
