Mine is a Polo 6R, seems odd that it would have a 6Q part number?

Anyway assuming I can get hold of the stalk is the installation just the same? 3 wires and coding? Did you say you had the wiring diagram handy?

6Q0 relates form 2009 - mid 2012
6R0 is for end 2012 - onwards

What wiring/coding needs doing? I thought it was just a straight swap? One stalk with no trip buttons for one with buttons?

3x wires need to be added to the plug that clips into the stalks and they go to ...

Is it possible to retrofit the trip computer to the Polo 6R in models that don't have it as standard.

I know with some other VW models it is just a case of swapping the stalk for one with buttons and enabling it in VAG-COM - has anyone tried this in a 6R Polo? Does it work? Was there any additional ...
