Just read another post that says changing the pressure sensor might do the trick - what do you thin?

I have a problem with my 58 plate VW Polo 1.4 Diesel..
Here's a history of what's happened in the last 3 weeks or so...
1. DPF light comes on (nothing new... normally a spin down the dual carriageway gets rid of it as I do a lot of shortish, 10mile ...
