Driving to work this morning I have found the exact same problem, wipers working apart from the intermittent sitting (including all four speed settings)
Did you managed to solve this or know why it was happening?

I have Phillips Xtreme vision in the high beam (+100%) which are decent! Just have some cheap xenon look low beam and sidelights (501) off ebay in at the moment which are okay, going to change them and the fog lights to mtec superwhites which seem to have good reviews. As for LEDS im not sure ...
