Red polo is on adjustable coilovers from AP. Personally I find this a good height on this pic. But he lowered it a bit more, very dangerous on belgian roads lol.

The downpipe of the gti will never fit a tdi (different exhaust flange etc).

Upgrade parts for the 1.6 tdi aren't that difficult to find.
