Hi, thanks for that Alex, i did make sure the lock was in the straight up position ( i think thats right ) but still wont work. Ray.

Hi all, new to forum and looking for some help. Our grandaughter has just had a 2004 polo bought for hear. when you use the key to open the car, it doesent unlock the boot. you can hear a motor when you pull the boot handle, but it only opens if you use the key in the boot. Any ideas. thanks in ...
