Car lower on one side than other?

Anyone else have this with theirs? my 6r is around 1" lower on the drivers side (Right Hand Drive) than the passenger side (Measured from the back wheel arches) I had a look and my dads 6n has the same sort of thing but his driver side is higher... :? so was wondering if its normal or something...

Yeah, it does seem odd... I find my intermittent wiper relay quite loud too... I don't know if its to do with the type of relay they use or if they are just bad relays or something?

Had noticed this in my 1.6 tdi over the last week when its been sub 2-3 degrees (C).... so i think it could well be a characteristic of these cars... :?
dosnt bother me that much (If it bothers you, just turn up the radio :wink: )

dont think there would be any difference between 6R and 6C pedals :D

the ticking/fluttering while under acceleration is also an issue i have had on my 1.6 tdi, the dealer told me its not an issue but its still very disconcerting... and im not sure he knows what hes on about... :roll: definitely take it into your dealer as your car should be under warranty if it is a ...

I honestly dont get it. Its clearly not a normal noise.. Ive been in other cars which have turbos.. None of them make a noise that can be called Turbo Flutter.. I know when something sounds loose and something is lose either inside the gear box, or the clutch.. Why they wont just take it in and tak...

Opened the windows while climbing a big b road hill today 3rd gear 40-50mph and annoyingly, the hissing/fluttery noise is back and seems a bit louder than before :( i still have no idea what it could be (turbo related or exhaust leak maybe... the exhaust leak would go with the fumes from the cabin v...

Update (again): Car now seems to have fixed itself, no more chatter or grinding and the hissing and fumes were not present today even after getting the engine up to full temperature :) not sure what was going on with it before :? but hoping its not going to happen again... giving it a 160 mile run u...

Update: The car is now making a horrible hissing/ticking noise under acceleration and there is a diesel/oily smell in the cabin when the engine is up to temperature... Really unsure as to whats going on, cannot contact the dealer until monday :evil: but right now im almost too scared to drive the ca...
