Re: Checking turbo seal leak

You'd probably see some soot residue where the exhaust manifold meets the engine block.

Re: 18 inch wheels to Polo GTI 6c

Well the only original alloys from a 6R are the Calgari WRC wheels

Re: Retrofitting of Cruise Control by MFS on Polo 6R, T5, T6

Yes, I guess he acitvated the CCS functions in the ECU and BCM to make the buttons for the MFSW work. Since that won't work (for the time being, I like the way you think), the stalks must be changed.

Re: retrofitting kessy to the Polo 6R

My kessy module is above the glove box. I don't have any pictures of this retrofit, it was done in the late hours after work so I was not able to spend a lot of time documenting it. The start button is here --> https://i.imgur.com/t6eS4fu.jpg I am using an amarok cluster with Polo 6R software on it ...

Re: Retrofitting of Cruise Control by MFS on Polo 6R, T5, T6

If you want cruise control via the stalk, you should order the 6r0 stalk. Not the 6c0, in any case. If you plan to fit mfsw with mfa buttons, you can install stalks without mfa buttons.

Re: Polo 6R ABS CODING

Is the original cluster back in? If the cluster is not adapted to the car (i.e. the engine cannot start) then the ABS will never accept new coding. The cluster needs to be OK (i.e. the original cluster put back in, or new cluster adapted to the cars immobilizer and VIN).

Re: [6R] Problem with BCM upgrade .

Did you transfer all the codings and adaptation maps from the old to the new bcm?

Re: Benzinkopf's 2012 VW POLO 6R MK5 1.2TSI 105HP DSG

There is no wiring prepared. You'll need to run a wire from the fuse box to the relay holder and from the fuse holder to the headlight washer pump. And a BCM and GND wire to the relay.
