Re: POLO 6R. HEATED SEATS. OEM.

Sounds like a defect in your driver's seat, maybe a broken wire or a broken heater mat in the seat. Do you have a multimeter available?

Re: mfsw on polo 6r

Yes but you'll need to find a fitting airbag as well

Re: mfsw on polo 6r

I understood your question as "can I fit just the RHS buttons to a mfsw from a 6r with just the LHS buttons". The answer is no.

Could you please post a link to the wheels you found?

Re: mfsw on polo 6r

No you'll need to replace the wheel to get mfa+ buttons anyway.

Re: mfsw on polo 6r

Yes anyway you'll need to add a power and LIN wire, if your car doesn't have a mfsw now

Re: mfsw on polo 6r

I think you could fit any Golf 6 wheel if you like. Otherwise, the Scirocco 1K8 or Transporter T6 wheel will fit and I think the Golf 7 wheel should work as well. But for the latter three, you'd need a new BCM to support button background illumination.

Re: Franciswat's Polo 6R 1.6 Bifuel

No the parking light in the 6r is a w5w (t10 mount) while the 6c carries a w16w iirc (t20 mount)

Re: Fuse with delayed shutdown?

You could try the signal that powers the interior lights. It's the red and black wire in the left hand side a pillar. I would not use it directly but via a relay since it is not well equipped to deliver a high current.

Mostly the ABS and the CAN gateway I'd say.
