Re: no power after flat battery

I see. Indeed I googled your error codes and they all show problems related to terminal 30.

If the fuses are all fine, I'm wondering what else... Grounds fuses BCM all checked?

Re: no power after flat battery

So all the fuses have power, or are only continuous? What is the voltage on them? 12V? Battery still alive? Car starts? Alternator OK?

Re: VW Sat nav headunits

You have a few options. The RNS315 can have built in bluetooth. Must update maps via a VW SD card (rather expensive) The RNS510 is the larger brother of the RNS315 but doesn't have bluetooth. Can update maps via DVD, either legal or slightly less legal. They are somewhat sensitive to theft though, s...

Yeah that one is a b***h, usually I cut them off and install a new one. They are very difficult to remove wires from.

Yes your VW up! Does have DRL as it is mandatory here in the Netherlands. It indeed has a dual filament bulb with parking light and DRL.

Re: iichels Polo 6R 1.2TDI Bluemotion --> OEM++ R-Line conversion

A question to whom it could concern. I'm playing around a bit with the GRA_High emulator. I bought one from RoFireman from the Drive2.ru forum. The software was pre-loaded and worked well in Russia. It doesn't work on my car though, I guess since I got a diesel. Most of the Russian Polo 6Rs are a 1....

The 6R maxidot cluster (GTI, blue GT) will not fit into the 6C housing, perhaps you can have a look at the Seat Toledo cluster, that should fit in the 6C housing with some adaptations to the housing and PCB.

I'm sorry but I cannot provide since the 1S0 stalks are no longer in there. I have the 2Q0 stalks from the new Polo with 6C0 slip ring (without G85).

Re: help needed airbag light reset or cheap tool

An airbag warning light will not to off until it has been cleared with said tool. You can wiggle all you like but it will stay on. So there is a chance the error is not relevant anymore, despite the light being on.

Re: 2011 Polo 1.2 TDI Bluemotion

1: yes a diesel takes longer to warm up.
2: only if your set it to recirculation
4: perhaps you need to digitally reset the service interval reminder with a diagnostic tool
6: that's ok

The other questions are too vague to answer
