It should work with both the 7E0 and the 1S0 facelift BCM, they operate in the same way.

If it's just the headlight motor that has failed, that's an easy fix.

sounds like you made a mistake in your wiring and took a wiper instead of a fog light.
remember, on this model with start/stop, the fog lights will each have a wiring since you're having cornering lights.

what steering wheel do you have? the regular 6R0 steering wheel with buttons on the left? that will take a mk6 golf gti/r-line airbag
