it the standing starts that kill em the mid range is quite decent in the gti the chavs will have no chance mate :lol: loved my gti only sold it cos i walk to work and ws sittin around wasting . There spot on cars like all vw's have moved on to bikes for this summer if we get one ! just got my rocco ...

A gti wont take as much abuse as a zetec s simple as ! if your a boy racer want something to thrash and rag and have a laugh in without worrying its gonna break dont but one cos it will cost you £$£$£$£$ and sleepless nights but in my experiance the polo gti will blitz any zetec s in to the weed...

its more than likely a wheel speed sensor

Thats what mine was part is about £50 vw wanted £130 + vat for fittin it lol
uncle done it for me I ran mine for over a year with the abs light on

funny abs still worked ?

i would have a little word with your neighbors at work to be honest and speak with the painting company involved you have the pictures to prove it . find out who it was and make some sort of claim . its out of order that ! Thats one of the resons i sold my gti no respect fo peoples property anymore ...

In my experiance you would get used to the power after 2 -3 days max then not know any differance from the gti unless your racing big powerfull cars on your way to work to get your kicks . How fast do i want to go on the public road? How much does my driving licence mean lots of speed cams going up ...

looks like ya running 165/50 on them for the stretch ?

got some bridgestones to go on the zenders ......

i paid £7000 fro vw main dealer in july 2004 around 38 k on the clock
