Candy White 9N3 GTI for sale

2006 Candy white VW Polo GTI, owned by me for the last 6 years and will be sad to see it go. Fantastic little car, very fast but also very economical. On longer journeys I've often seen it achieve between 40-45mpg average. Comes with 2 keys, original handbook and a folder bursting (literally) with r...

Re: HELP !!

thats a bit s**t if they can't order new keys anymore!

my locking nut went missing a couple of years ago so I went to VW, they tried a few of their master set until they found the right one then I got a new locking nut, which came with 1 bolt too for some reason, for something like £15

Re: Bad news regarding insurance

I got mine for around £240 fully comp with More Than, half of what I was paying Swift Cover last year! That's with 1 non-fault claim and 4 years no claims bonus

Re: How do you split the front badge?

Fair one! I find it a bit worrying how easily the badges can be removed...I'm glad that isn't common knowledge or everyone would be walking around like the Beastie Boys with VW badges around their necks

Re: How do you split the front badge?

I tried and tried but couldn't get them to release, so I lost my patience and chopped the tops off, leaving the stumps which I then glued the badge back on to

How do you split the front badge?

I've removed my front VW badge, how do you split the silver emblem off the grey backing? Do you have to cut the tabs off then re-attach with glue or something?!

Cheers

Re: Oil Filter Location

lol you think it's bad changing that, I had to change the camshaft sensor a couple of weeks ago which is like above/next to the oil filter and didn't have a spare oil filter so had to change it with the oil filter still attached...what a pain in the ass trying to get the clip and bolt undone in such...
