could just be that one of the door seal doesn't fit correctly and needs replacing! when you're driving around try and pinpoint roughly where it comes from!

Mines' a 1.4 8v, but is suppose it could still be that! The coilovers are fk highsports, and they're wound down fully to 85mm at the front, so could it be that they're hitting the bumpstops?

Righty, had my coilies fitted today along with my turbos, but I have a problem. If i brake whilst turning on uneven ground, a knocking noise comes from the front of the car. I think it may be the ...

Your brains are needed!

I have just bought a lovely set of Porsche design 90's, with a offset of 55 at the front and 52 out back. The problem is that I have no idea how much they need to be spaced out by. I know that the ideal offset is about 35, so would 20mm adapters all round be a safe bet? Or do you reckon that the ...

I could have sworn...

...that the crystal headlights for mk.4s came in RHD. I rang venom a few days ago enquiring about buying a set, yet they told me that no one sells RHD, only LHD. I'm sure I've seen them mentioned on a forum (Here I think), yet apparently they don't exist!
Any thoughts??

ra-design?

Just wanting to know of anyone's experiences with them, as there's some dietrich stuff that I'm after. They seem to be rather expensive too, so does anyone knoe of other reputable places that stock dietrich body bits?

Wow, let's hope VW don't release anything like that if they make a Polo ragtop! Howver the roof looks interesting. Seems to me like a 6series convertible style job, since the cloth area extends further back. It's got an 'orrible bum from than angle too, looks like its just been hacked off!
Nice ...

Teledials are cool I have to admit, and are as yet not particually common, at least on the watercooled scene!
Also like the DZ Exklusivs too..Look fairly similar to WRD Mesh', just much cheaper! :D

Kinky Mick's is the place where I was going to buy my design 90's from!
Ronal Turobs are nice, but again I think that they have become a bit common!
Need to go with something slightly unusual!

New wheels...

So I've decided to keep my car now and remodify if, but the problwm is I'm unsure about what wheels to get. I've decided what i'm going to to about the rest of the exterior, but the issue of wheels is far from decided. Initially I thought about going down the Porsche Design 90 route, but I feel ...

A manual box in your car would cost a small fortune for what it's worth!
Autos are usually slower that their manual counterparts anyway, so if you wanted to keep up with the manuals you'd probably have to tune the engine itself, though this could result in the auto box wearing out very quickly ...

Have you considered lightening the car a bit? This would give it a bit more oomph.
As for the engine, I'd say stick with the original motor because
a) it's a lot cheaper
b)you don't have to worry about rewiring and all the hassle that comes with an engine swap
c)even if you did do (say) a G40 swap ...

I'd personally never buy a car with such a high mileage, but that's just being fussy.
As for the low mileage one, history is almost essential when buying a car from an unknown person, so there is potential that it's been clocked or not serviced properly, though I am quite cynical!
Why don't you try ...
