thanks pettsy.you wouldnt know what offset mine are would you?

they are lower, stick out more and use longer bolts than the other 4" ra's
they may also be 6.5" wide, but most probably 6"

While were on the subject of BBS RA's anyone know what wide and offset the 14" ones are? I think the vw ones are ET38? but I have different ones with a lower offset and what appears to be a deeper dish to them. just wondering if they were wider wheels too. I cant read what it said on them as th...

not with bald tyres / cold tarmac, broken wheel baring and a strong head wind. :) maybe the rolling road was overreading?? in that case there would be a lot of dissapointed polo owners out there :oops: next time i'll get quicker. even with that power though the lupo still feels quicker, the g40 feel...

no one seems to be taking the torque into account? the 150bhp turbo golf has what around 155lbft? the pologti 125bhp cant have much more than 112lbft? although any mk4 golf i've raced on the strip have been well sloooooooww I took my g40 up on sunday 132bhp/133lbft and only 15.7 1/4's :oops: :oops: ...

they just pull out, try taking the manifold heat shield off 2 bolts at the top and one at the bottom first should give you a bit more leverage.
