service reset problem

I've tried to reset the service light on our 97 1.4 polo as it has been flashing up for an inspection. Been doing it for about two years as I have always serviced it myself, but as we're selling it I thought I'd buy the tool & reset the display. Plugged it all in & sure enough the 'insp ...

The service indicator has been flashing for about a year & a half now as I do all the servicing myself & haven't got a reset tool. Basically nothing happens when you push the reset button ...

Door Bump Strips

Do the bump strips on the doors of polo's have guide studs that fit into holes in the door or are they just stuck on with the foam strips? I wanna remove them from my other halfs car so it looks more colour coded. If I can get away with just removing them rather than painting them I will! Don't ...

mk 4 1.4 8v

My missus has a '97 1.4 8v 75BHP polo & its lovely. We can't afford to replace it so I've been doing it up for her because she's fed up of my MK 4 Golf getting all the attention! I've recently put a set of alloys on for her which she's happy with, the only problem is it looks stupidly high now. We ...
