I think it all really depends on what you want the car for. Showing off and driving slow or performance. If you want your car for show and you never drive fast i would go for 17s but with the 195/40/17 tyre which will make the difference between rubbing n not rubbing when you lower around 60 to 70 ...

I got my handles removed n smoothed. I wouldn't advise it unless your gettin it done properly.The solenoid really has to be a strong heavy duty one cause it needs alot of power to actually open the door such as the TVR ones. I had to have my door lock hinge moved out a bit so it actually opened the ...

I had the same problem so had to replace the hoses with standard vw parts.I got a bit of wire and bent it round the hose then pulled it over towards one of the srews for the plastic inner liner and unscrewed it a bit and wrapped it round that then screwed it back in. :D

Nice job don't really like the colour either. If i was doing my old car again i would either go for the candy red or focus st orange or the nice deep red that some of the old corrados n golfs vr6's came in or the blueberry colour. :D

The number plate is sitting on with double sided tape. Just put lots on and built it up. :)

Its prob just your pollen filter element that is damp and needing changed. You can take it out n give it a clean and spray it with a after shave or a smell you like.

Is anyone using the Jamex suspension kit on there polo, whats it like,and we went for the 60 mill kit, does it def lower the car 60 mill. 8)

Cheers guys its for my girlfriends polo. They look good springs at cheap price. Will the 60 mill ones def be ok with standard shocks. :)

Lowering

Where is the cheapest place to get 60 mill springs on web and will it be ok to lower it 60 mill with 16 wheels with 195/45/16.The polo is a 1.4i 8 valve. Cheers :D

Was thinking about gettin a Honda Civic EK9 but not got the money for that cause of me house hunting so was thinking about getting a Nissan Pulsar GTIR now. One thats engine is already tuned up. :D
