Selling a set of genuine VW Polo GTI mats.

They came with the brand new Polo GTI and are sealed in their original packaging.

My wife wasn't loving the car so we've traded it in.

Looking for £25 delivered.

Car now traded in.

New Mini Cooper has arrived.

Any GTI owners interested in a set of genuine VW Polo GTI mats? They are brand new in the sealed packaging.

We had rubber mats in the GTI so these were never used.

I know its a long shot, not too many folks can lay their hands on £15250 at short notice, but its worth a shot....I make £250 and the buyer gets probably the UKs cheapest GTI.

It would be very satisfying to take the stealer ...

My wife bought a new GTI in March (15 plate) however, shes never really gelled with it and prefers slower cars which she finds easier to drive. She had a 1.2 RLine before the GTI and she was looking to get a newer one but was swayed by the showroom appeal of the GTI.

What do you think of the led headlights

I had the LED lights in a Leon I owned last year.

The Polo ones are very similar. They are very bright. - really good lights.

The only possible drawback is that there is no "light bleed" outside of the beam pattern, so there is a very sharp cut off ...

OK, got to hand it to Specialist Cars VW Aberdeen, couldnt have been more helpful!

Theyve offered either a respray or replacement with a bonnet off another brand new GTI which they are going to use as a demo from next week.

Weve decided to take the bonnet swap ...

Oh dear not good. This was my reason for questioning whether to let the dealer prepare the car or do it myself as I've a few friends who have had swirls or worse inflicted on their new cars

Picked up the car on Saturday, as mentioned on here......

Decided today that whilst my wife was at work in my car, I would give hers a detail and post some pics.

However, on giving it its first wash, whilst clay barring, I discovered a problem.

There is a tiny buzz type sound coming from the drivers front corner dash somewhere.....
Im not worried about it just now,as weve owned lots if new cars over the years and these type of noises frequently dissapear as the car settles in....apart from that, no other noises, the car is very refined ...

First impressions?

Well compared to my wifes Polo R Line which we traded in, the GTI feels pretty similar. The main differences being, as you would expect, a firmer ride and more action under your right foot!

The 6R is 5x100, as the 6C is a facelift I can't imagine they've changed it.
