I didn't think of it at first but when I took the injector off to clean it I saw how bad the rubber flange / gasket was. gonna get a new 1 and hope that fixes it.

i checked the fuel filter and the air filter and oil filter are new. I had them changed a few weeks ago when I had my cam belt and water pump done. I have had my single point injector off and it looks like the rubber flange that it sits on is starting to look corroded so when I have chance I'm going...

hi. can anyone help. my 92 polo breadvan 1l won't run. I was driving home from work on Friday and the car just cut out on my. luckily I was next to a junction so I free wheeled to a safe place. I called the AA out and the AA man said it could be a lazy fuel pump, it certainly feels like a fuel issue...

there are some springs on ebay for about £60. 60mm front and 40mm back. that's what I'm going for. there are different drops to choose from.

heater won't work on 92 polo
hi. I'm new to the group ( not to polo's ). I have a 1992 polo breadvan and the heater/blower stopped working on settings 1 and 2 but works on 3. I believe 3 is a permanent live which leads me to believe that it is a resister that's gone but not 100% sure. has anyone else had a similar problem. than...

check the wires on the injector. I had a similar problem a few years ago and it turned out one of the wires had worn through and was arcing and wouldn't run right. I changed the plugs, leads, dizzy cap, rotor arm, I even did the head gasket cos of the way it was running. all that for 1 pissy little ...
