Re: RE: Re: New Polo GTI DTUK or Remap?

they do throttle box but this is not it. this box from what i can gather takes the sensor inputs from a few of the engine sensors and alters the value and sends that to the ecu. Ah right I think I've found the unit now, so does that info not store in the ecu then Sent from my SM-N910F using Tapatalk

Re: RE: Re: New Polo GTI DTUK or Remap?

I'm in a FB group and majority are running DTUK boxes. 50hp gain, 0-60 drops to about 5.5s and it sticks like glue to the back of golf R/S3. Just this weekend at Crail a DTUK polo got the quickest polo time beating a stage 1 APR mapped one. I was also wary about boxes and have always went with ecu ...

Re: RE: Re: Just ordered a polo gti

I did consider the sports pack, but i dont want to deal with fake engine noise. Asked if i can have the fake noise disabled but they wouldn't do it 250 for the sport pack is cheap but it's not even worth it ... I would avoid getting it and spend your 250 else where I have 1 with the sport pack one ...

Anyone bought new wheels yet for the new gti. I'm having a look at the moment and thinking of going for a set of team dynamics 1.2 in matte black with my car been black

Re: (Newbie, hello!) New 2016 BlueGT on order...

Dealer will not fit reversing camera nor will they fit optical reverse sensor they will only fit reverse sensors with a speaker in the boot. In my opinion it would be a waste of money
