yep as the title sez i could do with a 1300 coupe manifold asap as a friend has gone over a raised manhole and ripped his exhaust and manifold off whoops hahaha

i think a sensible drop would suit the car really well.

one thing i seem to notice is that a lot of the members seem to like arch trims on their Polo Coupe's. does no1 think that they look better without!?

i prefer without but its gt and g40 ownership that states you must like (i did like them ...

mate i think its got far more potnetial than a mk3 golf which personally are the worst golfs made especially the gti 2.0 bag of nails vr6 is a different story tho

give it a damn good clean and pick some nicer wheels you may fall for it then ;)

clonkin noise

got a clonking noise coming from the passenger side of the car when its on full lock im suspecting a knackered suspension leg or at the worst a cv anybody got any ideas?

you usually find if you go to a spray shop they do a vinyl removing wheel its made of rubber and removes the vinyl and glue then all you do is put it in a cordless drill and fire and push the wheel down the strip with the power button being pulled ;) hope that helps oh and there about 8 quid.

comments appreciated hard hitter but as i say the cars budget material the rubbing being caused is from the tyre being used on the wheels are to big i already new this and the shocks on the car dont look to bad. i cant afford to spend much as i have a daihatsu charade in the bodyshop and an engine ...

humm let me think about the car beings that im postin in the mk 3 section ;)

and i would buy new shocks springs etc but you see the polo is my budget run about i have a better toy waitin but its in the body shop then havin a full engine rebuild ( when i joined earlier inthe year it was in the body ...

need some more advice as this site seems to know wat its talkin about ;)

fitted some 14 inch bbs off a golf onto the olop now although the tyre sizes are a. to big for my liking and b look terrible i love the wheels
problem i have is they are rubbing to death so could any one advise me on the ...

dont need to worry about heat or pink marigolds lads ;) got a special rubber wheel available from windsor wurth that emoves all vinyl and horrible cacky stickers was just more important to find out if the paint carried on underneth the tags and strip so i didnt find primer ;)
