Polo Gti Modifications

Hi guys,

I have a candy white polo gti. I'm looking to upgrade the spark plugs to NGK BRK7EIX Spark plugs, any advice on these or other suggestions?
Also looking at buying a k&n e-2997 cone filter, also looking for advice on this
