Check both the bulb and fuse for continuity using a multimeter rather than using naked eye.
(some times tiny break in continuity are deceiving)
If both are ok then check the bulb connector for voltage.

Just a write up of the difficulties I encountered whilst installing CC. The air bag won't pop out inspite of the clip beeing pushed down. As gpeixoto109 suggested push the air bag in the gap.I used a towel and flat screw driver. The second time around airbag was popping out easily. If you have ESP/E...

Thanks Mate.I just installed the stalk. I didn't change the ring.Is it a must to change the ring as well or can it be sorted out by VCDS? Are you sure that the ring is in a good position?
