Mines was the same last week, docked Thursday morning and updated on the Friday morning, well here's hoping it's been on that!

Anyone else experience issues with the tracker? mine states 'with factory' and the dealer is telling me its already being built? :|
Roughly how long does the process take from order to hand over in your experiences? placed mine just shy of three weeks ago now

Mines came from Santander via sheerness

Thought yours would of been in the same time as we've had updates the same time all the way, looking at the shipping the city of Barcelona is due to dock in tyne on the 18th, has came from Santander, could be a good bet that one. Currently in the English channel en-route to sheerness.

Finally picking mine up on Thursday , got the update it had arrived in the uk on Friday, it came in on the city of Sunderland which docked in tyne on Thursday morning, arrived at dealers today and getting my hands on it Thursday, can't come quick enough!!

A little bit confused I've had an email this morning saying the build date is W/C 30/11 but the tracking says 23/11 but eeeeeee I'm getting excited now :D

Mines was the same.... email said week commencing 02/11 and tracker said 26/10, tracker was right as its now in transit :D

Got my update this morning aswell, now on stage 5a.... Left the factory, it now officially exists

anyone else got build week as this week? Mines was scheduled to be this week but have received 2 updates this week informing me its week commencing 02/11 , tracker still has it as 26/09 though.

Ordered car 20/09
2/10 stage 3 build week confirmed as 26/10
Dealer has sent 2 emails confirming this
Today receive email from vw saying its progressed to stage 3... build week confirmed as 2/11 , tracker still says 26/09.
