Started the polo gti today and on the climate panel only showing the temperature, no other lights as in AC ait vent position. Also the nav car app buttons not lit up either! anyone else had this problem?

Thanks. I've been to the windows front and rear used a white bit of paper behind markings and the fronts are marked which makes sense is 55 and the rear 72.

to me the gti+ has a definite clearer front window, the new one kind of blends

Hi Bought a new Polo gti 3 weeks ago 72 plate. The front windows are unusually dark tint! I've checked and there is no tint(film) on the windows. I have seen this fogging as well. Did notice it happened when i left the heater control set to the windscreen. I usually set it to somewhere else overnight?

Hi just had another look in the daytime, yeh the strip is there it starts about 2" from the steering column and about 8mm from the end of the red dash panel. so it is there but doesn't illuminate. I'll check with the dealer.

Thanks that's exactly it, i've went out and checked(with glasses on) and you can see a thin strip on the dash to the left but there is none in that area you have marked.
Pulled the rubber of the dash to see if it was hidden but alas looks like it was never fitted.
I'll just live with it.

Hi i've noticed during the dark nights when driving that the strip light illuminates around the door handles under the infotainment system but not under the right side of the dash. Is that normal? seen video on youtube and looks to be all the way around. Hope that makes sense

Hi any ideas on this, scanner says diesel particulate filter differential pressure sensor circuit.
I guessing the dpf sensor faulty? part number 0281006083 059906051C....If that's what it is even if i get a second hand one, do you have to program it?

Hi fitted the milltek exhaust last week. What are my tuning options, Scottish Borders. Think i've Autohaus near Edinburgh. Celtic tuning which are mobile or Edinburgh.
Used to use Falkland performance but Revo don't do a tune or there is Star Performance in Kircaldy.

That's the fix in place. Tightens it up.

Ah huvnae din it yet but ah read on here, is it no a bit o paper doon the side o the button? ah ken if ah hear the rattle and e pull the button tae the side it stops. Am just turning the music up, in the auld days it was always the cure.

Hi update: was the handbrake button, sounded like was from the dash. I've hot put the fix in yet...but of paper down side of button? also got a buzz coming from which i think is the soundaktor.
