i have an 89 saloon and dont much care for the wheel trims. i quite like the steel wheels but need a centre cover for them..similar to the ones that used to be on the coupe of the same era. anybody got any spares or know where i could get some please

Please does anybody know if you can get a space saver type wheel to fit on a polo dune. non too happy about driving any distance without a spare in the boot. thanks

Hi - my 1990 polo saloon has blck plastic wheel arch trims which have separated from the body and have become a bit ditprted in shape. any idea if i can get them back in shape or get spares to reolace that fit snug. thanks

no joy there still wont retract. new ones are nearly £200 but i can get one off a scrapper for £35 same model car buti've been reading about the seat belt pre-tensioner mechanism, is this still likely to be in tact on a scrapper belt? as i understand it if its been fired it locks the inertia reel an...

you can force it in slowly but won't do it on its own. how do you get the pillar trim off

drivers seat belt wont reel in. what do i need to do

hyperthetical question - if you trashed the wheel and you have no spare, what do you do? do they even come with a jack?

mite be a few days before i can get a photo its stored elsewhere. if you take it off though how do you know what shape to restore it to

well its bowing out from the bodywork at the top of the arch maybe 5mm. how would you reshape it?
