We have a honda jazz, volvo xc90 and a polo 2001 16v, we just got rid of a mitsubishi. my friend has a yaris t-sport and another has a fiat, (the fiat is terrible) my polo has had so many problems i now hate it and drive the jazz most of the time because its so much easier to drive but a bit slower ...

hahahaha

that noise from the gearbox which goes when the clutch is depresses is a bearing inside the geabox that is f**cked, it requires a full gearbox re-build to replace it, i had it done.

my problems

1) pedal box (warranty)
2)clutches (3 of them)
3)window switches
4)abs sensors (x2) £100!!
5)Ignition ...

£69 for a sidelight swap!! it takes about 5 mins and there is no need to remove the bumper which has about 30 torx screws holding it on! to avoid the high voltage from the hid's just make sure the lights arent turned on! DO NOT pay them to do it they are fleecing you.

its because you used it when the pipe was frozen. this forces the pipe off and can damage it, its really common and has happened to me. is your boot open warning light always on too from the water in the sensor? if there is cracking of the pipe you will need to buy more parts from vw but it will be ...

ok i agree it does get tricky around the battery but im lazy! when i fitted my hid kit i just removed the front bumper as this only takes a few mins and then you can fully remove the whole light and fit the kit on my kitchen table lol
