Well in preparation for getting one I have looked around and the chepest I've found is £1800! I'm 18 soon to be 19 and soon to have been driving a year, no ncb because I'm a named driver. That was with elephant.co.uk with me as the policy holder and my mum as a named driver.

well i aint got a Polo GTi yet im getting one depending on how much the insurance is, ive got a 1.4 8v at the min with CIS under me mums name thats £900, but swopping it over to Norwich union soon under my own name that's around £1000 fully comp.

i'm a bit confused by what you want the head unit to do, could you explain it again?

i've got a tape one that i had in the polo which did similar things.. there's a switch on it somewhere. (part of why my battery kept running down is that i set it to be continually on, as it lost the memory ...

Hello, I have a Polo 6N and a Sony CD Head unit, but I want it so when I turn ignition the CD starts playing, at the moment when you turn the ignition the power is already at the head unit and you have to press SOURCE for the cd to play, but if you turn the head unit OFF when you turn the ignition ...

When i had my throttle body cleaned it was reving pretty high when idleing but after an hr of driving it went back to normal again.

got these going for 180.. 195/45/16 minor kerbing v.good tread on all 4 tyres
