UK-POLOS.NET - THE VW Polo Forum

Owned now for 6 years and 4 months. Attending Inters for only the second time!

Looking to spend no more than about £2750 for a good one unless a real minter were to come along then I could be tempted to spend more.

After a new daily driver and a 6N2 polo fits the bill. My requirements are...

1.4tdi PD 75
Registered after March 2001 and therefore comes under the cheap tax bands (Band C)
less than 80k with service history
Would prefer unmodified but will consider some mods.
Not fussed on colour
5 doors would be ...

Going to try and make this meet as i know live in Havant. Some dude in a white mk4 pulled me over last week to see if i was going, but i had a car load of stuff from my flat so couldn't make it!

Just to clarify, what year was your polo made? the mk3 didn't come with a 1.6 so i suspect yours is a mk4. The age will make it clear

As for mods, its well worth having a noisey through the forum, plenty of information here and a friendly bunch of people!

Moved to Bodywork/detailing section. Might get a better response.

On another note, i bought my G40 from Stratford a few years ago!
