I had the same sounding problem, I simply changed the fuel filter and all was good! I think it was clogged so no fuel was getting to the engine.

problems starting
So have had issues recently starting my 9N. The starter turns but the engine just wont fire. If i leave the batter disconnected during the day it works when i try to start but if i leave it on it will not. Have put the batter on charge after that and it was not empty. I think it might be the ...

Hi guys,
Had the 1.4 TDi checked over before the mot in sept and the bushes have gone on the trailing arms (along with the tracking rod ends).
So i found this on eBay

but the guy said i need to replace ...

So on the alarm fit but i can not find the grommet for where the power cable comes into the car itself. i have looked at following the wires and they seem to go down and undeter the engine. Is the grommet behind the centre console?
