Re: DSG vs Manual - opinions please!
I run a DSG car and have done 36k miles... tuned at 255-260BHP/270-272ftlb. As for pro's and con's both have their advantages and disadvantages. I've done a lot of testing with both DSG and manual cars... both pushing 0-60 in 6.1 seconds. Both DTUK tuned.. 5.4 seconds. Timed with a V-box (profession...

Re: Gti tuning box
if it's your car then i'd look into the way they work and weigh up the pros and cons of fitting a tuning box over a proper remap if it's just a rental then crack on  also take what adam dtuk says with a pinch of salt as he seemed to think the dsg in the polo was basically the same as the one t...

Re: DTUK Box, peoples reviews and reliability
The DTUK boxes leave no trace.. they had a master audi tech fit one of our systems to his brand new Audi S3 310PS and nothing shown up. There also has been a VW master Tech do the same with his polo... full warranty scan with the box plugged in!!!!... and still nothing! Reliability on a manual.. we ...

Re: DTUK Box, peoples reviews and reliability
Hi c_randell_23 ,
If you're looking for reviews head over to the Polo 6R 6C Owners Club UK there is a lot of feed back on there regarding the box. Which I run myself.

Re: Polo GTI 6C DSG clunk when changing 2nd to 3rd in M mode
You're not letting the car get up to temperature if this is happening, make sure you run the car for 20-30 minutes too get it hot... mine does it. Is the car stock or tuned?

Re: BMS JB1 Performance Tuner
Hi all, I was reading over the post and I'm aware that JB1 adjusts fuel and boost to keep the AFR in line... well after looking at the photographs above if you have a look at the user adjustable settings and all of the fuel settings are set to 0.... so it seems that JB1 is a bit well.... i'll let y...

Re: BMS JB1 Performance Tuner
I would recommend the DTUK FSR+ dyno proven at 243.5bhp / 268lbft on a DSG and 243.5bhp / 295lbft on a manual. But everyones opinions different and will always go for different products...

Re: Sun Roof... Yes or No ?
I have a Polo GTI with the pan roof...
definitely aint cheap but I don't regret getting it... keeps the car nice and cool... makes the car much lighter in side.
Adds to the re-sale value with out a doubt...
just do what I did and get it cause I could

Re: To Old To Drive A Polo (Gti) ?
Regardless of age you will enjoy driving the Polo. It's such a small, well built and sophisticated little car you will have nothing but enjoyment when driving it. I have literally pushed mine to it's limits... it's currently running around 260bhp/285lbft, done 2 track days and 4 drag strip days with...

Polo 6C Harness Bar / Mounting
Hi all, I'm looking at fitting bucket seats in to my Polo 6C GTI. I have searched the web left right and centre trying to find a harness bar that mounts to the existing seatbelt mounting points but can't find anything. Can anyone point me in the right direction or where I could purchase one or possi...

Re: New Polo GTI DTUK or Remap?
Morning all, I currently run a DTUK box on my Polo GTI 2016 bought back in January, I fitted the system when the car was 3 weeks old and on 700 miles. (8 months ago) The car is now on 25,000 miles without a single issue. It's a DSG Car pushing out 243.5bhp/268lbft from just the box. AFR is also runn...
